Salaam alaikum and hi everyoneeee💓! I hope we are all healthy and happy both physically and mentally? That kind of brings us to today’s topic. It’s related to my mental health. I don’t love talking about it a lot. If you know me, you know that I’m an introvert but I loooooove to talk. I think I read somewhere that talking about your problems helps you acknowledge them and you can work on them from there. I should be making a power point right now (school work). I’ll do that after this In shaa Allah!
